AKRON, Ohio - A 20-0 second-quarter run proved too much for the University of Akron women's basketball team to overcome as the Zips (9-14, 2-10 MAC) suffered a 72-58 setback to their rival Kent State (14-11, 8-5 MAC) on Saturday, Feb. 11, at James A. Rhodes Arena.
