As a Freshman (2015-16): Appeared in 29 games for Akron averaging 3.2 points and 2.0 rebounds per game...played five minutes and pulled down two rebounds in collegiate debut at Florida Atlantic (Nov. 13)...registered first collegiate points at the free throw line in a 76-59 win over Winthrop (Nov. 20)...poured in seven points off the bench in a 85-74 victory at Valparaiso (Dec. 9)...scored eight points in a home setback with Ohio (Feb. 20)...turned in career-best 24-point and nine-rebound performance against Buffalo (March 11) in the Mid-American Conference Tournament semifinals finishing the affair shooting 9-of-13 (.692) from the field and 4-for-6 beyond the arc...recorded a career-high three assists at San Diego (Nov. 28) and swiped a career-best three steals versus Buffalo (March 11)...posted an 18-point, five-rebound effort against Bucknell (March 17) in the Women’s National Invitation Tournament (WNIT).
High School: Averaged 14.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game as a senior en route to earning all-conference and honorable mention All-Ohio honors at Walsh Jesuit High School...as a junior, she recorded 12.3 points, 8.6 rebounds and 5.9 assists per contest and garnered All-Ohio Special Mention recognition, and was also named first team all-district...a multi-sport athlete, Piper was tabbed the 2014 softball player of the year by Cleveland.com, and maintained a 3.6 GPA.
