At Walsh Jesuit: 2014 Cleveland.com softball player of the year … in 2014 Piper hit .615 on 64 hits, drove in 42 runs and smacked 14 home runs … in her four-year career she recorded 205 hits … as a senior posted a career-best 18 walks.

Personal: Born June 22...majoring in exercise science...daughter of Gary and Ronda Piper … her aunt, Kay Piper, was also a two-sport athlete (softball and volleyball) at Akron from 1982-85, and her number 23 is one of the program's two retired numbers.
