Akron Women's Basketball to Play at Daytona Beach Classic

AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron women's basketball team will take part in the Daytona Beach Classic, Nov. 24-25, at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The Zips will open the 2023 Daytona Beach Classic against Wichita State on Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. before rounding out tournament play versus Pittsburgh on Nov. 25 at 1:15 p.m.
Ten teams will compete in the tournament held Nov. 24-25, including Akron, Chattanooga, Dayton, Kent State, Missouri, Northern Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Stetson, Tennessee Tech and Wichita State.

Women's basketball season ticket plans are available for the upcoming season in the Floor VIP seating only for $100 per seat for every home game. A season parking pass is included with the purchase of the season ticket plan.
Limited quantities of Floor VIP seats are available, to order fans can call/text the ticket office, or visit us at The C.P. and Cornelia S. Chima Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field (located at 375 E. Exchange Street, near Gate 1 at the southwest corner of the venue, at the corner of E. Exchange and S. Union streets) during our business hours (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
