Listen to Zips Live via Fox Sports Radio 1350 AM (WARF)
AKRON, Ohio-- University of Akron football head coach Terry Bowden and men's golf head coach David Trainor will be the guests on Thursday's Zips LIVE, presented by Lee Hyder and Associates, from 7-8 p.m. ET live from the Spaghetti Warehouse (510 South Main Street).
The weekly hour-long radio show covering Zips Athletics, which will be held on Thursdays during football season, airs locally on Akron-IMG Sports Network flagship Fox Sports Radio 1350 AM (WARF). The broadcast can also be heard via web stream on the WARF homepage (click on the Listen Live tab in the top left corner). Bill Morgan hosts the program.
Zips LIVE will be re-played weekly two hours prior to kickoff of that week's football game.
Football (2-2 overall) travels to cross-town rival Kent State (1-3 overall) for the Mid-American Conference opener and annual Wagon Wheel Challenge game on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3:30 p.m. ESPN3 will televise the game.
