AKRON, Ohio –

GoZips.com reporter Donte Durham caught up with women's basketball seniors and team-co-captains Jessica Deville (Leetonia, Ohio/Leetonia) and Kristina Rosén (Spanga, Sweden/University of Stockholm) and assistant coach Ebony Pegues after practice this week in his video blog.

The Akron women's team (4-5) is currently preparing for the start of its five-game homestand, which gets underway against Houston Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Rhodes Arena. The Zips are coming off a 61-53 victory at Saint Francis on Dec. 5.
