High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner and shortstop for Saint Bede Academy … four-time First Team All-Three Rivers Athletic Conference selection (2016-19) … as a junior, was tabbed as a Second Team All-State member while as a senior earned First Team All-State honors and was named Player of the Year … in 2018, Sons and St. Bede went on to capture the 2A Conference, Regional, and Sectional championships while in her senior season (2019) went on to claim the Regional and Super-Sectional championships and took third place in the Illinois State tournament … in her four-year career, posted a .485 average on 115 hits, 25 doubles, 11 triples, three home runs, drove in 52 RBI and stole 52 bases … in the classroom, was named to the All-Academic Team four consecutive years … additionally earned three varsity letters in basketball.
