as a Sophomore (2008-09): Named MAC Sixth Man of the Year, All-MAC Second Team and MAC All-Tournament Team ... saw time in all 36 games, coming off the bench in 34 of those contests ... 36 games played tied six other players for most in a season in program history and also tied for the most by an Akron sophomore ... logged double-digit minutes in every game, including a career-high 32 at VCU (Dec. 17) ... scored a career-high 29 points (10-of-11 field goal shooting and 2-of-2 3-point field goal shooting) in 24 minutes versus Kent State (Jan. 24) ... those 29 points were the most by an Akron player for the season ... recorded his first career double-double at Northern Illinois (Feb. 15), with 24 points (10-of-20 field goal shooting and 4-of-4 shooting from the line) and a career-high 10 rebounds in 27 minutes of action ... posted a 23-point performance at top-10 ranked Pittsburgh (Nov. 21), connecting on 9-of-15 field goals and 4-of-6 free throws versus the Panthers ... averaged 12.5 points and 20.5 minutes in UA's four MAC tourney games ... responsible for 16 points, four rebounds and two steals in the championship game win over Buffalo (March 14) ... reached double-figure points 21 times and accounted for the team's top-3 scoring performances for the year ... finished the season as the squad's scoring leader (11.2 ppg/ranked 15th in the league) ... led the team in scoring in 10 games ... posted four or more rebounds 17 times ... converted 68.3 percent (82-of-120) of his attempts from the charity stripe, a number that ranked 12th

as a Freshman (2007-08): Became eligible for competition on Dec. 17 (NCAA Clearinghouse issue) and played in all 26 games after that date ... member of the starting unit four times, including three-straight games in February - at Bowling Green (Feb. 16), at Miami (Ohio) (Feb. 19) and versus VCU (Feb. 23) ... also logged a start versus Toledo (Jan. 30) ... the Zips posted a 65-56 win at Bowling Green and a 56-52 victory at Miami ... the win against the RedHawks was UA's first at Millett Hall since 2001 ... scored in double figures five times ... had a then career-high 12 points versus Central Michigan (March 13) in the quarterfinal round of the MAC Tournament ... scored 11 points the next day against Western Michigan (March 14) in the semifinal round, when he played a then career-high 20 minutes ... averaged 8.7 points in UA's three league tournament contests ... credited with 11 points in 13 minutes at Massachusetts (March 22) in the second round of the NIT ... had 10 points in five minutes at Kent State (Jan. 23) ... career-high five rebounds in the regular-season finale against Kent State (March 9) ... then career-best two assists against Buffalo (March 1).
at Lancaster High School: Scored a school-record 573 points (26.0 ppg) and made a school-record 234 field goals as a senior ...
