As a Junior (2013): Enrolled at Akron in January 2013 and participated in spring practice ... made seven appearances, including three starts ... posted 13 tackles (eight solo) and two pass breakups ... earned the starting nod at Miami (Ohio), vs. Ball State, and against Kent State ... saw action in the season-opener, posting two tackles (one solo) and a pass breakup at Central Florida ... finished with five stops (four solo) against Ball State ... had an assisted tackle and a pass breakup in the season finale vs. Toledo ... returned four kickoffs for 87 yards (21.8 ypr) against BSU.

Prior to Akron: Played two seasons at ASA Community College in Brooklyn, N.Y. (2011, 2012) ... finished his sophomore season with 13 tackles (nine solo), one interception, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and seven pass breakups ... also returned kicks (four returns, 51 yards) ... program closed out the 2012 season ranked fifth in the NJCAA poll, after posting a 9-1 record and making the program's first ever bowl appearance (Carrier Dome Bowl) ... competed in football and track at Eleanor Roosevelt HS in Greenbelt, Md.
