2016-17: Cross Country: Competed in one race for Akron and turned in a 27th-place finish at the Tommy Evans Invitational, crossing the finish line in 21:32.26.

2015-16: Indoor: Had three top 10 performances in the mile and 3,000 meters...finished seventh in the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 19) in 4:23.63, while placing eighth in the 3,000 meters in 9:12.21...posted a season-best time (8:51.83) in the 3,000 meters at the Kent State Dual (Jan. 22), while registering fastest time in the mile (4:20.84) at the Spire Invitational (Feb. 13)...Cross Country: Made only appearance of the fall at the All-Ohio Championships and ran the course in 27:15.75.

2014-15: Indoor: Finished fourth in the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 20) in 4:32.00…ran the 1,000 meters in 2:31.01 at the Spire Invitational (Feb. 14)...Outdoor: Placed 10th and 13th, respectively, in the 3,000 and 1,500 meters at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 2) in 9:08 and 4:08.22...Cross Country: Competed at the All-Ohio Championship crossing the line in 27:34.84.

2013-14: Cross Country... competed in five of six races ... placed 32nd overall at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 5) with a 4-mile time of 22:16 ... ran a season-best time of 26:27.04 in the 8K at the Bluegrass Invitational (Sept. 14) ... Outdoor... ran in the 1,500m at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 10), placing sixth with a time of 4:02.47 ... crossed the finish line in 16:22.08 for the 5,000m at the Ashland Alumni Open (Apr. 26).

2012-13: Indoor... ran the first leg of the Zips' DMR team that placed third at the MAC Championships (Feb. 22) with a collective time of 10:05.82 ... DMR squad finished fourth (10:02.29) at the SPIRE D1 Invitational (Feb. 8) ... clocked a season-best time of 1:57.78 in the 800-meters at the Zips Open (Feb. 15) ... finished the mile in 4:24.55 at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2).
