2005: Ran the leadoff leg of the school-record setting conference champion distance medley relay quartet at the MAC indoor meet ... top indoor times of 4:17.45 in the mile run and 8:35.64 in the 3,000 meters ... 2002: Placed 72nd at 2001 MAC Cross Country meet (27:39.2) ... 2001 cross country MVP and Outstanding Newcomer.
2002: Akron's top finisher at the Tommy Evans Invitational (10th) with a time of 21:14.50 ... would be the top Akron competitor at five of six races for the season ... 54th at the Spartan Invitational (26:14.7) ... ran a time of 26:00.16 for the 60th spot at the Auburn Invitational ... 30th-place finish at the All-Ohio Championship (26:51.1) ... second top-10 finish of the year, coming in eighth at the McDonald's Invitational (26:45.57) ... third among UA competitors and 78th overall at the MAC Championship (27:39.2).
Prior to UA: Placed 18th at OHSAA Cross Country Championships ... ran career-best 15:58 over 5,000 meters at 2000 OHSAA state cross country meet in 2000.
