2005: Part of the distance medley relay squad that won the MAC title and set a school record at the league indoor meet ... had a season best time in the mile run of 4:21.96 at the conference meet ... also ran a leg on the distance medley relay group that won the All-Ohio Championship.
2004: Competed in four races throughout the season ... best finish was a fourth-place effort at the Tommy Evans Invitational ... posted a season-best time of 4:08.96 in the 1,500 at the Akron Open (4/10) ... placed 15th in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships ... best mile time of the season was a 4:25.70 effort at the Kent State Dual Meet.
2003: Ran in seven races for the UA cross country squad ... best finish was 24th at the Toledo Invitational ... earned newcomer of the year honors.
Prior to UA: A first team all-conference pick in 2003 in the 800 meters and second team in the 4 x 800-relay and 4 x 400-meter relay ... is a member of the school record holding 4 x 800 team.
