• Also placed third (2:17.09) at the Kent Dual and fourth (2:19.11) at the Akron Opener in the 800m
• Recorded UA's top indoor time of the season in the 3000m (9:43.68) at the Penn State National
• Scored in the 3000m at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships, placing second with a time of 9:47.83
as a Junior (2010 Track)
• Scored at the MAC Indoor Championships, placing sixth in the 5,000 (17:33.48)
• Also scored at the MAC Outdoor Championships, placing sixth in the 10,000 (35:54.76)
• Competed in the 1,500 and the 5,000 as well during the outdoor season
as a Junior (2009 Cross Country)
• Voted Academic All-MAC for cross country, posting a cumulative GPA of 3.95 in biology
• Named MAC Cross Country Runner of the Week (Sept. 9)
• Led the Zips to victory at the annual Tommy Evans Invitational by placing first with an impressive time of 18:41, 16 seconds ahead of second place
• Was Akron's top finisher at the All-Ohio Championships, placing eight overall (18:54.2)
• Added another eghth-place finish at the Buffalo Stampede (18:35)
• Placed 21st at the MAC Championships (23:28.9)
as a Sophomore (2009 Track)
• Named Academic All-MAC for the indoor season and honorable mention for outdoors thanks to her 3.938 GPA in biology
• Scored at the MAC Indoor after placing fifth in the 5,000m (17:32.39) ... Added a 10th-place finish in the 3,000m (10:12.24)
• Selected MAC Indoor Female Track Performer of the Week as she won the indoor 3,00m at the Akron Quad with a time of 9:50.47, which ranks third on the UA all-time list ... Had an impressive final lap to defeat Michigan All-American Danielle Tauro by five seconds
• Had Akron's best indoor time in the 5k (17:17.76) and best outdoor time in the 10k (36:19.46)
as a Sophomore (2008 Cross Country)
• Earned second team cross country All-MAC, placing 10th (17:35) at the league championships
• Voted Academic All-MAC for cross country, posting a GPA of 3.93 in biology
• Tabbed Akron's Most Improved for the cross country
• Named MAC Cross Country Runner of the Week three times during the fall of 2008
• Started the year winning the Tommy Evans Invitational with a time of 18:04, 50 seconds better than second place. The next meet, won the Buffalo Stampede with a time of 17:45. Was Akron's top finisher at the prestigious Notre Dame Invitational, placing 14th (17:03) with the next UA finisher being 61st
• Ended the cross country season placing 26th at the NCAA Great Lakes Region (22:00), helping UA placing eighth out of 34 teams
as a Freshman (2008 Track)
• MAC Outdoor 5,000m Champion (17:26.42). Also placed second at the MAC Outdoors in the 10,000m. Her time in the 10k there (35:54.76) is fourth-best on the UA career chart and was just six one-hundreths behind MAC Champion and teammate Carol Eckerly (35:54.62)
• Thanks to her win at the MAC Outdoors, qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional in the 5k, where she placed 11th with a time of 16:59.72, the 10th-best time in UA history
• Posted a personal-record of 16:50.07 to place fifth at Junior Nationals in the summer of 2008
• Named Newcomer of the Year for the Zips during the outdoor season
• Won the 3k at the Northeast Ohio Quad (10:16.70)
• Only ran in one race during the indoor season, placing 10th at the MAC Indoor Championships in the 5k (17:45.90)
as a Freshman (2007 Cross Country)
• Earned second team cross country All-MAC, placing 13th (18:12.90) at the league championships
• Named the UA cross country Most Improved
• Was the Zips' top finisher, placing 35th overall (22:00.21) and helping Akron place seventh of 30 teams at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional
• Earned Akron's Scholar Baller honor for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year, earning Dean's List recognition in both the fall and spring semesters. Also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for her 3.932 GPA in biology her first year at the University
Prior to Akron
• Earned All-Ohio honors as a junior at Mayfield High School in cross country
• Finished 11th at the state cross country championships in her junior year (18:56) and was district runner up
• Mayfield's Most Valuable runner for cross country as a junior and Most Valuable distance runner as a senior year
• Set high school records in 5k (18:56), 3200 meters (11:02) and 1600 meters (5:10)
