2005: Set three school records at three separate distances during the indoor season ... clocked 8:27.23 in the 3,000 meters at the Red Simmons Invitational, breaking a 23-year old UA mark ... that record was broken by teammate David Howard at the MAC Championships ... broke the tape in 1:51.90 at the Kent State dual to establish his second record of the season ... ran 4:08.18, winning the mile at the All-Ohio Championships, establishing a collegiate field house record as well ... anchored the conference-title winning distance medley relay squad, outdueling Kent State's Mike Inge in the final straightaway ... Academic All-MAC selection.
2004: Named Most Improved Runner at the end of the season for the second-straight year ... placed 21st at the MAC Championships ... second UA runner to cross the line at the Great Lakes Regional meet (85th) ... posted a season-best and meet-record time of 1:55.80 to win the 800 at the Knoxville Invitational (4/24) ... finished third in the 1,500 with a season-best time of 3:58.19 at the Akron Open (4/10) ... named Most Improved Athlete following the 2003 Cross Country season ... top indoor times of 4:17.27 in the mile (All-Ohio Championships) and 8:51.41 (Black Squirrel Classic).
2002: Member of cross country squad ... crossed the finish line at the 2002 MAC XC championship in a time of 27:05.00.
Prior to UA: Placed fifth (16:13) at the 2001 OHSAA meet (Div. III) ... 2002 OHSAA champion (Div. III) in the 1,600 (4:21.14) ... also played basketball.
