2005: Set two school records at the MAC Indoor Championships ... clocked 8:25.52 in the 3,000 meters to eclipse David Pykare's mark from earlier in the season ... prior to that, the 3,000 record had stood for 23 years ... also ran a time of 14:45.54 in the 5,000 meters at the league meet ... All-Ohio Champion at 3,000 meters.

2004: A second-team All-MAC pick, UA's first ever male to make an all-league team in cross country ... placed 10th at the MAC Championships ... season-best finish of fourth at the Central Collegiate Championships ... Posted a team-best time of 14:56.86 at the MAC Championships in the 5,000 meters ... also posted a season-best time of 3:58.97 in the 1,500 at the MAC Championships (5/13-15) ... three-time cross country MVP ... placed 36th at the MAC Cross Country Championships ... finished 12th at the 2004 MAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters (8:46.02).

2003: Missed the track season due to a knee injury.
