at Avon Lake HS: All-state cross country runner, which won three straight conference titles and a district championship ... ran the third-fastest time in school history (15:52) at the regional meet as a senior ... recorded top times of 9:36 in the 3,200-meters, 4:30 in the 1,600 and 1:59.6 in the 800 ... member of the school record-setting 4xmile and DMR relay teams.

Personal: Parents are Nate and Julie Norris ... has four younger siblings; Kellie, Kaley, Daphnie and Heath ... father, Nate Norris was a four-year letterwinner on the track (1995-98) and cross country (1993, '94, '95, '97) teams at UA ...
