Akron had four players hit above .500, with Brady Bowen leading the way with a .700 (7-for-10) average. He had two doubles, a home run, seven RBI and four walks last week. Prince DeBoskie hit .571 (8-for-14) with five runs, two home runs and five RBI. Brody Chrisman added a .529 (9-for-17) performance, while hitting a home run, scoring eight times, driving in five runs and walking four. Easton Amundson hit .529 (9-for-17), while smacking two home runs, a triple, a double, 13 RBI and walking three times.
On the mound this past week, Parker Munday threw 4.2 innings of scoreless baseball, going 1-0 in two appearances, while striking out five. Floyd McKenna earned two saves at Ohio with two scoreless appearances in three innings. Elijah Griffith struck out seven Bobcats in his lone start of the week, holding a 1.50 ERA while allowing just one earned run through six innings of work.
Brody Chrisman leads the Zips in average (.384), runs scored (45), hits (63), RBI (39), stolen bases (21) and is tied for the lead with Blake Bowen in doubles (11). Easton Amundson leads the way for home runs (10). Four Zips have hit one triple each, while Blake Bowen leads the squad in walks (50).
On the mound, Brady Bowen leads the staff with a 3-2 record in 13 appearances and three starts through 47.0 innings of work with a 2.87 ERA, a 1.06 WHIP and a .220 average against. Floyd McKenna leads the way in saves (6) and appearances (19). Elijah Griffith holds the top mark in innings pitched (59.1) and strikeouts (41).
As a team, Akron is hitting .285 with 308 runs scored on 410 hits. The Zips have 269 RBI, 88 doubles, six triples and 39 home runs. The Zips are 107-of-129 on stolen bases this season. The Blue and Gold's pitching staff has allowed 345 runs, 291 earned, while striking out 303 and walking 270.

The Flyers enter the week with a 24-19 overall record and a 12-10 record at home this season. Dayton has won three straight after sweeping St. Bonaventure in a conference series.

Danny MacDougall leads the Flyers in average (.411), runs scored (51), hits (74), doubles (22) and stolen bases (29). Michael Smith Jr. leads the way in triples (4) and walks (35), Jason Bello holds the top mark in home runs (13), while Colin Lynch is the leader in RBI (48).
On the mound, Riley Cahil holds a 1.26 ERA in 14 appearances. Sawyer Jensen is 6-2 this season through 11 appearances and starts, leading the Flyers in innings pitched (55.2). John Delgado leads the way in strikeouts (52) through 40.2 innings of work, 13 appearances and nine starts.
