Akron, Ohio – The Akron returns to action at the 2024 Nittany Lion Invitational hosted by Penn State at the Penn State Blue Course (Par 72, 6,423 yards) in University Park, Pa. on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14-15.
The Field (14 Teams)
Penn State (Host), Akron, Central Arkansas, Central Michigan, Columbia, Delaware, Harvard, Jacksonville State, Penn State, Princeton, Richmond, Seton Hall, Towson, Yale and Youngstown State.
Tournament Format
The 54-hole tournament is scheduled for two days of competition with 36 holes of continuous play on Saturday followed by 18 holes on Sunday. Shotgun start both days. Fans can follow the action with Live Scoring
Akron Lineup
The Zips lineup consist of juniors Maisarah Hezri, Hridhika Vora, Avery Wright and Emily Liptak along with sophomore Katrin Horn Danielsdottir (Ind.) and freshman Sohniya Chandra Mohan.
