Akron Basketball Schedule Updates to Game Times

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Akron men's basketball program announced updates to game times for a pair of upcoming games, including the home game against Western Michigan and the away contest at Kent State.
Akron will host Western Michigan on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. at James A. Rhodes Arena.
The Mid-American Conference announced its final set of wildcard selections as the second installment of the Crystal Clinic Wagon Wheel Challenge game between Akron and Kent State was added to the nationally broadcasted MAC television package.
The Akron Zips will now travel to the M.A.C. Center for round two against Kent State on Friday, March 3rd at 6 PM ET. The game will air live on ESPNU.
The selection marks the Zips third appearance on ESPNU this season as Akron played Eastern Michigan (w, 104-67, Away) and Kent State (W, 67-55, Home) on ESPNU earlier this season.
