Akron Baseball Academy Announces Winter Prospect Camp Date

AKRON, Ohio —The Akron Baseball Academy LLC has announced the date for the Winter Prospect Camp.

Under the guidance of Chris Sabo, the camp will be held on Sunday, Feb. 9, from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Stile Athletics Field House.

Check-in will be held 30 minutes prior to the start of camp.

Registration is online at AkronBaseballAcademy.com. The camp is $150 per camper.

Coaches include Sabo and assistants Jordon Banfield and Dan McKinney.

Campers must also fill out the camp waiver form prior to participation in any Akron baseball camp. Parent or legal guardian must fill out waiver for each participant. No camper will be allowed to participate without a completed and signed waiver.

The camp is open to all high school and junior college players.

No cash refunds will be issued. Campers will receive credit towards a future camp.
