Cherry Blossom Classic Cancels Day 1 Action

AKRON, Ohio- George Mason has cancelled all games on Saturday, March 11, at its Cherry Blossom Softball Tournament.
Originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday action, the tourney has been reduced to Sunday play only due to impending bad weather in Fairfax, Va.
In Sunday, March 12, Akron (8-10 overall) is slated to face Cornell at 10 a.m. and host George Mason at 12:30 p.m. as originally scheduled. All games will be played at the George Mason Softball Complex.
