2017 MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ACADEMIC ALL-MAC RELEASE
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The University of Akron men's cross country squad earned five selections when the Mid-American Conference released its 2017 Men's Cross Country Academic All-MAC teams on Nov. 21.
In all, 52 student-athletes from nine conference institutions were honored including; sophomore Samuel Blechman (Bradford Woods, Pa.), redshirt sophomores Tevin Brown (Toledo, Ohio) and Nick Campbell (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio), and sophomores Marc Migliozzi (Pittsburgh, Pa.) and Nick Stricklen (Lexington, Ohio).
To qualify for the Academic All-MAC Teams, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests scheduled or completed in the particular sport.
