AKRON, Ohio — The University of Akron football program will hold its annual Summer Jamboree Golf Outing, presented by LeafFilter, on Friday, June 3, at the Quarry Golf Club in Canton.
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the shotgun start scheduled for 9 a.m. Dinner and awards festivities will get underway at 2 p.m.
Every year, the Summer Jamboree Golf Outing provides a great opportunity to spend time with fellow alumni or former teammates as well as visit with fifth-year head coach Terry Bowden and his staff.
The cost is $160 per golfer, which includes range balls, golf, lunch and dinner, on-course beverages, and a tee prize package. A football alumni rate of $135 is available for Varsity "A" Association members. Football alumni who are not a member of the Varsity "A" Association can register for $165, which includes payment of a Varsity "A" Association membership for one year.
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available.
