Akron Rifle Garners 11 Scholastic All-American Honors

AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron Rifle team earned 11 Scholastic All-Americans honors, announced by the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association.
The 11 members of the Akron rifle squad named as a Scholastic All-American are the most by the Zips in one year.
Earning the prestigious honor were senior Alan Agnew (Graham, Wash.), junior Alexandra Fedorko (Portage, Pa.), freshman Rebecca Green (Coventry, RI.), sophomore Sydney Goldschlag (Merrick, N.Y.), sophomore Julia Hatch (Northfield, Vt.), senior Tim Hopkins (Olympia, Wash.), freshman Danielle Makucevich (Portsmouth, RI.) sophomore Kris Mantel (Malverne, N.Y.), junior Brent Morgan (Avella, Pa.), senior Crystal Reynolds (De Pere, Wis.), and junior Zachary Strohl (Barto, Pa.).
To be eligible for Scholastic All-America honors, student-athletes must maintain a grade-point average of 3.20 or higher.
