AKRON, Ohio – The Akron Zips football program will hold its annual Summer Jamboree Golf Outing, Presented by: LeafFilter, on Friday, June 6, at The Quarry Golf Club in Canton, Ohio.
Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET, with the shotgun start scheduled for 11 a.m. Dinner and awards festivities will get underway at 4 p.m.
Every year, the Summer Jamboree Golf Outing provides a great opportunity to spend time with fellow alumni or former teammates as well as visit with third-year head coach Terry Bowden and his staff.
The cost is $160 per golfer, which includes range balls, golf, lunch and dinner, on-course beverages and a tee prize package. A football alumni rate of $135 is available for Varsity "A" Association members. Football alumni who are not a member of the Varsity "A" Association can register for $165, which includes payment of a Varsity "A" Association membership for one year.
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available.
