AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron football program's Summer Jamboree Golf Tournament presented by LeafFilter, scheduled for Monday, June 11 at The Quarry Golf Club in Canton, has reached its maximum 36 foursomes and has sold out.
Seats are still available for those interested in attending the dinner and awards ceremony at 4 p.m. that day. Cost for the dinner is $35 and reservations are due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6 to Anthony Henderson, Director of Athletics Development, at (330) 972-7117 or via E-mail.
The event provides a great opportunity to spend time with fellow alumni or former teammates as well as visit with first-year head coach Terry Bowden and his staff.
