2022 INDOOR: Competed in a trio of meets for the Zips...recorded season-best marks of 39-6.75 (12.06m) in triple jump and 18-7.25 (5.67m) in long jump at Doug Raymond Invitational (Feb. 11-12).
2022 INDOOR ACCOLADES: Academic All-MAC honoree.
2020 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Zips, including earning a third-place finish in the triple jump with a career-best mark of 41-0.50 (12.51m) at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 29)...her effort at the MAC Championships stands as the No. 3 mark in indoor program history...finished 14th in the long jump with a mark of 18-0.50 (5.50m) at the MAC Championships (Feb. 28)...turned in five top-10 performances in the triple jump, including winning the event with a mark of 40-1.25 (12.22m) at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 24)...placed second in the long jump with a mark of 18-3.25 (5.57m) at the Akron-Central Michigan Dual (Jan. 17)...recorded a career-best mark of 18-10.50 in the long jump to place 13th at the Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 13).

2019 Indoor: Appeared in five meets for the Zips, including finishing 11th in the triple jump with a career-best mark of 38-10.50 (11.85m) at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)...won the triple jump with a mark of 37-8.75 (11.50m) at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2)...finished second and third in the long jump with marks of 17-11.75 (5.48m) and 17-11 (5.46m) at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 25) and Akron Invitational (Feb. 2)...recorded mark of 17-10.75 (5.45m) in the high jump at the Jim Green Invitational (Jan. 12).
Personal: Majoring in exercise physiology...daughter of Athanasios Balamoutis and Fevronia Diakow.
