as a Senior (2012-13): Cross Country... competed in two races ... finished 26th overall (22:09) at the Tommy Evans Invitational ... Indoor... ran a personal-record time of 4:17.33 in the mile at the Zips Open (Feb. 15).

as a Junior (2011-12): Outdoor... ran 4:02.40 in the 1,500-meters at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 5).

as a Sophomore (2010-11): Indoor... ran 4:19.51 in the mile at the Kent Dual ... also competed in the 800m at the Akron Opener, clocking a time of 2:01.76.

as a Redshirt Freshman (2009-10): Cross Country... ran in one meet, placing 34th at the Tommy Evans Invitational ... Indoor... earned second team All-MAC honors, running the lead leg for the runner-up distance medley relay (10:11.25) ... Outdoor... competed in five meets, running in the 800m and the 1,500m ... also competed on the 4x400 relay team (3:33.47) at the Duke Invitational.

as a Freshman (2008-09): Cross Country... ran in all six Akron team events, turning in a best time of 28:48 at the Buffalo Stampede.

at Western Brown HS: Set school records in the 1600 (4:23), 3200 (9:50) and 4x800 relay (8:17) ... added a PR of 1:55 in the 800 ... was his league's cross country Runner of the Year as a senior ... a four-time all-league performer in cross country, earning first team honors twice and second team honors twice ... led his team to league titles as a freshman, junior and senior.
