Caroline Hasse joins the Zips rifle coaching staff as a graduate gssistant heading into the 2016-2017 season.
A former student-athlete for the Zips, Hasse competed in the pole vault where she captured MAC Championship titles and participated at the NCAA Championships three times and earned All-American and Academic All-American honors.
Hasse graduated with a bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Akron and is currently working on her master degree in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy.
A native of Potsdam, Germany, Hasse attended Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportschule. As a competitive pole-vaulter, she represented Germany in the World Youth Championships and finished 10th overall as well as in the World Junior Championships placing 6th.Â
