as a Junior (2005)- NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region third team ... second team All-MAC ... started 17 of 18 games played ... one of the leaders on the Zips’ back line ... played an important role in Akron’s 15 shutouts this season ... the Zips’ defense allowed just 12 goals, leading the nation with a 0.50 goals-against average ... earned the Larry Temo Outstanding Defensive Player Award ... his one assist on the season came against Cleveland State (Sept. 9) ... had six shots on the season, including two on goal.
as a Sophomore (2004)- Played a key role on the Akron defense ... started all 19 games played ... proved his worth in the first game of the season with the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Robert Morris (Sept. 1) ... helped lead the squad to back-to-back shutouts of Princeton (6-0, Sept. 10) and Oakland (0-0, Sept. 12) ... also held the opposition scoreless in three-straight games MAC games vs. Buffalo (1-0, Oct. 1), at Bowling Green (4-0, Oct. 3) and at Marshall (0-0, Oct. 8) ... netted the game-winning score in the 49th minute against the Falcons ... scored one goal and added an assist in 6-1 route of Western Michigan in MAC Tournament championship game (Nov. 12) ... named to MAC All-Tournament team.
as a Freshman (2003-Fresno State)- Honorable mention All-Pac-10 selection after starting all 19 games as a freshman for the Bulldogs ... led a defense that posted a 1.83 goals-against average ... finished with one goal and two assists ... registered an assist in each of FSU’s wins over Gonzaga (2-1) and Alabama A&M (2-0) ... recorded his first career goal at Cal State Fullerton (Nov. 4).
at Salpointe Catholic High School- Named Arizona Gatorade Player of the Year his senior season at Salpointe Catholic HS ... 2002 Southern Arizona Player of the Year ... first-team all-state and all-city selection ... team captain as a senior ... Salpointe Catholic was a perfect 22-0 his senior season ... three-year letter winner ... squad was 66-4-1 in his three varsity seasons and claimed three regional titles ... recorded 18 career goals and seven assists.
