2019 Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor campaign.

2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Zips, including helping Akron earn a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)...recorded a season-best time of 8:41.22 to finish third in the 3,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2)...registered a season-best time of 4:21.69 to place eighth in the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15).

2019 Indoor Accolades: Second-Team All-MAC (Indoor DMR).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for Akron...recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:17.4 to help the Zips capture the team title at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) placing 39th...turned in a time of 25:33.17 to finish 29th at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Oct. 27)...posted a time of 33:16.14 (118th) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 9)...crossed the line in 20:23.6 to finish 17th at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 8)...added times of 26:38 (41st) and 26:36 (110th) at the John McNichols Invitational (Sept. 15) and Penn State National (Oct. 12), respectively.
