AKRON, Ohio - The Akron baseball team travels to Columbus, Ohio, to battle Ohio State on Tuesday, April 21.

Brody Chrisman leads the Zips in average (.361), runs scored (37), hits (54), doubles (11), is tied with Amundson for home runs (8), RBI (34) and stolen bases (21). Four Zips have hit one triple each, while Blake Bowen leads the squad in walks (42).
On the mound, Brady Bowen leads the staff with a 3-2 record in 12 appearances and two starts through 42.0 innings of work with a 2.14 ERA, a 0.93 WHIP and a .189 average against. McKenna leads the way in appearances (17) and saves (4), while Elijah Griffith holds the top mark in innings pitched (53.1) and strikeouts (34).
