AKRON, Ohio - The second installment of the Akron-Kent State rivalry will be broadcast on ESPN2 on February 28 at 9 p.m. as part of the Mid-American Conference's Wildcard Selection. MBB vs Kent Tipoff Announcement

Akron will host Kent State and will look to defend the JAR after taking down the Golden Flashes 85-71 at the M.A.C. Center on January 31.

The remaining wildcard date will be announced 21 days prior to the contests which may affect one-game for Akron, which includes a home game against Buffalo (3/7/24).
