November 25 | Women's Soccer
AKRON, Ohio – The 2025 Academic All-District® women's soccer team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognized six University of Akron women's soccer players in seniors Kaylen Goddard (Mechanicsville, Md.) and Emma King (Akron, Ohio), junior Lilly Touhey (Fishers, Ind.) and Jordanne Oberhaus (Wadsworth, Ohio) and sophomores Taylor Allen (Blacksburg, Va.) and Kaitlyn Rogowski (Hilliard, Ohio) for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender. Institutions are limited to six nominees per gender for the sport of soccer with each qualifying nominee being selected to the all-district squad.
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his/her current institution. Student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 16, 2025.
