CLEVELAND, Ohio — Jordanne Oberhaus and Callee DalBon have each received All-Mid-American Conference recognition following the 2026 campaign.
Oberhaus was featured on the All-MAC Second Team, while DalBon earned a spot on the All-MAC Freshman Team. Both players were instrumental in Akron's 7-7-4 campaign — the program's best record since 2019.
For the second consecutive year, Oberhaus was named to the All-MAC Second Team and joined Ashley Amato (2018-19) as the only two players in program history to receive All-MAC First or Second Team recognition twice. The senior forward scored two goals on the year and added an assist in her final collegiate match against MAC regular season champion Western Michigan. Both of Oberhaus' goals were game winners in conference matches which the final score was 1-0, helping the Zips win their most MAC games since 2020. Her first came in the 53rd minute against Ohio on September 27, the team's first victory over the Bobcats since 2021, and her second was in the 59th minute at Central Michigan in what was only the program's fourth all-time victory against the Chippewas.
For the season, Oberhaus appeared in 12 matches and started in 10 of them despite recovering from an injury. For her career, the Wadsworth, Ohio, native played in 57 matches with 51 starts and notched six goals with six assists.
DalBon was one of 13 players selected to the All-MAC Freshman Team and the program's 12th player to ever receive recognition on the squad. The Bethel Park, Pa., native played in all 18 matches and started in the final 15 while recording two goals and one assist. The midfielder scored her first career goal in her second match at Southern Indiana, resulting in the game-winner in the 81st minute and also tacked on an assist in her first collegiate game against Oakland. DalBon's other goal was on a free kick at Kent State as the Zips took an early lead in the match. Her 1,480 minutes played on the season was fifth most on the team and tops among all freshman on the squad.
