STORRS, Conn. - The 13th-ranked University of Akron men's soccer team culminated its regular season campaign battling UConn to a 0-0 draw on Saturday (Nov. 2).

How it Happened
Both sides played through a scoreless opening stanza with UConn owning a 5-2 margin in shots.

Senior Wan Kuzri Wan Kamal (Carbondale, Ill.) registered the lone shot on goal in the match for either side in the 33rd minute (32:37).

Akron hosts DePaul in a 7 p.m. match on Saturday (Nov. 9) at FirstEnergy Stadium in the Quarterfinal Round of the BIG EAST Championship.
