THE GOLDEN TICKET - THE ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE

Thank you for supporting University of Akron Athletics with your purchase of a ticket for The Golden Ticket - The Ultimate Fan Experience. The following Terms and Conditions shall apply:

Tickets are $99 for one (1) entry, $149 for two (2) entries, or $199 for four (4) entries and provide purchaser with entry into a drawing to win the following:

A VIP trip for two (2) to the football game at Ohio State, September 25th, 2021.
Travel, accommodations, and tickets for two (2) to an away contest with an intercollegiate athletics team of winners choice.
Tailgate hosted by University of Akron Athletics and party deck access in InfoCision Stadium at a home football game. Date to be determined by athletics department.
Catered dinner for eight (8) in an athletics facility of winner choice, with head coach of their choice.
$750 in Akron Zips Team issued apparel
One (1) Akron Athletics branded Ping golf bag
Unlimited number of tickets available for purchase.
The winner of the 2021 Golden Ticket will be drawn on Monday, June 14th, 2021.
All proceeds go to benefit the Z-Fund and support for student-athletes at The University of Akron.
Seat locations are the sole discretion of each organization listed and are based upon availability.
This purchase is not tax deductible.

Available entries shall not exceed 750
Winners must accept prizes "AS IS, WHERE IS", subject to all latent and patent conditions, with absolutely no express or implied warranties of any kind by The University of Akron.
Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged by winner. The University of Akron may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a featured prize is unavailable. Travel prizes are subject to availability and other restrictions apply.
The University of Akron maintains no control of the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assumes no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which winners may experience by reason of (1) performance/nonperformance by any supplier or The University of Akron; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of a supplier, The University of Akron or its employees, or on the part of any other party not under the control of The University of Akron; (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation, or other equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used by a supplier of The University of Akron or; (4) any acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties, damage or loss associated with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, disease, local laws, climactic conditions, or other conditions or developments. The University of Akron shall in no event be liable for any damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby release The University of Akron from any such claims.
Must be a U.S. resident and 18 years of age or older to participate and to win any prize. The winner need not be present at the time of the selection to win the prize. The winner has 30-days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 30-days the University will select another winner.
University of Akron employees in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics are not eligible for the contest.
Void where prohibited by law.
The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner of the drawing. The winner will not be entitled to a cash payout.
No substitutions, cash redemption or transfer of prize except as provided herein. The University reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable. All taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Odds of winning prize depend on number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
A University Official, whose decisions are final, will randomly select the winning ticket from the eligible entries.
Limitation of Liability: University is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the drawing.
The University reserves the right to modify the prizes based on Covid restrictions or impossibility of performance due to Covid restrictions. If the listed prizes are not available due to Covid restrictions, the University will work with the winner to find appropriate replacements during the 2021-2022 season or the next season.
General: By participating in this drawing, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the University Officials, which are final in all matters relating to this drawing, and the laws of the State of Ohio. By accepting any prize, winner consents to use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By participation in this drawing and/or accepting prize, all entrants and winners agree to release The University of Akron, its Board of Trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all claim, loss, damage or expense incurred with respect to the award, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in the drawing.
