Akron Athletics Announces New Z-FUND Men's Basketball Courtside Club

AKRON, Ohio – The Z-FUND and the University of Akron Athletics Department are proud to introduce a new men's basketball gameday hospitality option for Z-FUND donors. The Z-FUND Courtside Club will be located behind the south baseline at all men's basketball games this season.
The Courtside Club will be accessible at no charge to all Z-FUND donors who have given $2,500 and above. Admittance will also be available to those below that threshold on a game-by-game basis by paying $20 per person at the entrance to the club. Amenities will include a full-service cash bar, light snacks, high-top pub style tables in an incredible location to catch all the action at James A. Rhodes Arena (JAR).
"Our Z-FUND Courtside Club is a unique opportunity to reshape and enhance the fan experience," said Charles Guthrie, Director of Athletics. "As our fans return to the JAR this fall in full force for the first time in nearly two years, the club is one of a few new amenities that will welcome them back to Akron Basketball."
The men's basketball team tips off its first home game this Saturday, November 13th at 7:00pm against Point Park.
