RESULTS | HILLSDALE COLLEGE GINA RELAYS SCHEDULE (PDF)
HILLSDALE, Mich. - Redshirt sophomore Tara Snipes (Covington, Ohio) turned in a third-place finish in the 800 meters, while redshirt freshman Mackenzie Andrews (Toowoomba, Australia) placed fifth in the 1,500 meters, to lead the efforts of the Akron track and field team at the Hillsdale College Gina Relays on Friday, April 29.
Snipes crossed the line in the 800 meters in 2:15.10, while Andrews registered a time of 4:26.65 in the 1,500 meters.
Additionally, redshirt junior Trevor Norris (Avon Lake, Ohio) and freshman Cynthia Haas (Tallmadge, Ohio) finished 19th and 25th, respectively, in the 10,000 (30:55.52) and 1,500 meters (4:36.33).
WOMEN'S FRIDAY FINALS:
800 Meters: Tara Snipes (3rd-2:15.10); 1,500 Meters: Mackenzie Andrews (5th-4:26.65), Cynthia Haas (25th-4:36.33)
MEN'S FRIDAY FINALS:
10,000 Meters: Trevor Norris (19th-30:55.52)
