Rare April Snow Storm Cancels Akron-Michigan Baseball Game

AKRON, Ohio -

If April showers bring May flowers, hopefully the same can be said of snow as Tuesday's game between the Akron Zips and University of Michigan Wolverines has been canceled on account of snow fall in Ann Arbor. The game originally scheduled for Tuesday, Apr. 7 at 3 pm (CST) as of yet, has not been rescheduled.

The Zips will host Northern Illinois in a three-game set this weekend, Friday, Apr. 10 through Sunday, Apr. 12. Friday's first pitch is scheduled for 3 pm while games on Saturday and Sunday will both start at 1 pm with all contests played at Lee Jackson Field.
