What's an average day like for a Hermann Trophy candidate? Tag
along with one of the best collegiate soccer players in the nation,
Steve Zakuani, and walk a mile in his shoes as he
goes to practice and class, hangs out with teammates and more.
Begin the day with a tour of the apartment Steve shares just off
campus with several of his teammates and find out what about his
humble abode makes Steve say he's "not your average college
student." Then, hoof it to campus along Spicer Street and step
inside the men's soccer team's morning practice. Finish the day by
sitting in Steve's classes, playing video games with Steve and
teammate Michael Nanchoff and making a Chipotle run.
