Baseball Walk-On Meeting Scheduled

AKRON, Ohio –

The University of Akron baseball team will hold a walk-on meeting on Wednesday, August 29th starting at 2 p.m. at Lee Jackson Field, head coach Pat Bangtson announced Friday.

All eligible UA students interested in competing for a roster spot on the 2007-08 team are encouraged to attend. It is important to note that this is not a tryout and baseball equipment will not be necessary for this meeting.
