Camp Insurance & Parental Authorization
The University of Akron Girls' and Boys' Soccer Camp provides
secondary accident/medical insurance. Each camper must have a
completed parental consent form on file with the camp each
summer.
Tuition
Tuition is $190.00 for campers. A $90.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT,
which is applied towards your tuition, is required with your
application form. Please make check payable to The University of
Akron. The balance is due at check-in.
Check-in
Check-in will be held in the lobby of Rhodes Arena on Monday, June
19, 2006, from 8 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. Confirmation of acceptance
will be mailed within two weeks of receipt of application and
deposit.

application form by May 15. Please make check payable to The

Check-in will be held in the lobby of James A. Rhodes Arena on
Thursday, July 20, 2006, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Confirmation of
acceptance will be mailed within two weeks of receipt of
application and deposit.
