OXFORD, Ohio - The Miami RedHawks rallied from an 11-6 deficit in Game #2 and completed a doubleheader sweep of the Akron Zips, 7-4 and 18-13, Saturday afternoon in Mid-American Conference baseball action.
Miami improved to 28-21, 13-10 in the MAC. Akron fell to 12-32, 6-16 in the MAC. Miami dumped Akron, 18-8, in Friday's series opener. The two teams meet again Sunday at 1 o'clock. Further details on Saturday's twinbill will be posted Sunday afternoon.
