2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four races for the Zips...helped Akron to its first-ever MAC Championship (Oct. 28) pushing through injuries to post an 8K time of 27:31.29.

2023 CROSS COUNTRY ACCOLADES: Academic All-MAC honoree.

2023 OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets for the Zips...placed ninth in the 800 meters in a time of 1:53.62 at MAC Championships (May 12)...crossed the line in a season-best time of 1:53.42 in the 800 meters at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 29).

2023 INDOOR: Competed in six meet for the Zips...member of third place 4x400 relay and fourth place distance medley relay teams at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24-25)...finished eighth in the mile in a time of 4:29.88 at the MAC Championships (Feb. 25)...recorded a season-best time of 1:55.40 in the 800 meters at the Penn State National (Jan. 27)...logged season-best time of 4:15.80 in mile at Akron Invitational (Feb. 4).
