2025 INDOOR: Posted times of 5:23.40 in the mile and 10:47.49 in the 3,000 meters at the Haynes-Lancaster Open (Dec. 6) in lone meet of the season.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete in a meet for the Zips.

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets for Akron...registered a time of 4:45.01 in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships (May 9)...posted a season-best time of 4:41.52 in the 1,500 meters at the Tiffin Track Carnival (April 13)...turned in a season-best performance in the 800 meters crossing the line in a time of 2:25.30...added a season-best time of 17:52.95 in the 5,000 meters at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge (March 22).

2024 INDOOR: Competed in three meets for Akron...registered a season-best time of 5:10.87 in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational (Feb. 16)...crossed the line in a season-best time of 18:36.22 in the 5,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six races for the Zips...posted a 6K time of 23:53.93 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28)...tallied a season-best 6K time of 23:28.8 at the Falcon Invitational (Oct. 13).

PRIOR TO AKRON: A four-year letterwinner at Clay High School...garnered first-team all-conference in 2018 and 2019 en route to being a regional qualifier both seasons.
