2019 Indoor: Competed in a trio of meets for the Zips...recorded a season-best time of 11:13.87 in the 3,000 meters at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15)...crossed the line in 19:26.71 to finish 11th in the 5,000 meters at the Doug Raymond Invitational (Feb. 9).
