2014-15: Indoor: Did not compete...Outdoor: Finished 16th in the 800 meters at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 25) in a season-best time of 2:00.07...placed seventh in 800 meters at Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 9) in a time of 2:00.48.
2013-14: Indoor: ran his fastest time of the season in the 800m at the MAC Championships (March 1), placing third in the final with a time of 1:50.82 ... also placed third at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 21), running 1:52.33 ... member of the 4x800 relay team that came in second at the Penn State National (Feb. 1) with a time of 7:45.35 ... Outdoor: placed 12th in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays (March 29), running a time of 1:52.52.
2012-13: Indoor: USTFCCCA All-America Second Team honoree in the 800-meters ... recorded the third-fastest time in Akron history at the NCAA Championships, running 1:49.74, during the preliminary round ... successfully defended his MAC Championship in the 800-meters with a winning time of 1:51.21 at the conference meet (Feb. 23) ... qualified for the national meet by running 1:48.31 to break his own school record in the 800m at the Alex Wilson Invitational (March 2) ... originally broke the Zips record by crossing the line in 1:49.63 at the Penn State National (Jan. 26) ... ran the second leg on the Zips' DMR team that placed third at the MAC Championships (Feb. 22) with a collective time of 10:05.82 ... Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 800m at the MAC Championships (May 11) with a time of 1:51.27 ... earned All-MAC Second Team honors after running the third leg of the runner-up 4x100 relay team that logged a collective time of 3:11.35 ... won the 800m at the LSU Tiger Relays (March 23) with a personal-record time of 1:49.82 ... qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 23) in Greensboro, N.C., where he placed 42nd with a time of 1:54.06.
2011-12: Indoor: Named MAC's Most Outstanding Male Track Performer at the MAC Championships (Feb. 25) after winning three events ... ran the third leg of the DMR team that set a school record with a winning time of 9:47.73 on the first day of the championships, then ran anchor on the 4x400 relay team that took the event with a time of 3:14.05 and earned his first individual MAC Championship in the 800-meters with a mark of 1:52.72 on day two ... recorded the then second-fastest 800m time in school history, running 1:50.39 at the Last Chance Meet (March 3) ... Outdoor: placed third in the 800m at the MAC Championships (May 12) with a time of 1:52.03 ... won the event at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 28) with a time of 1:51.62 and at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 11) with a mark of 1:50.82 ... finished first in the 800m again at the Northeast Ohio Quad (Apr. 14), crossing the line in 1:51.66.
2010-11: Indoor: scored in the 800m at the MAC Championships, placing fifth with a time of 1:54.43 ... ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay team that took second place at the league meet with a time of 3:18.22 ... placed third in the 800m at the Zips Invitational, crossing the line in 1:52.95 ... Outdoor: member of two school record-setting relay teams at the Penn Relays ... ran the third leg of the DMR team that clocked a time of 9:56.72 and the lead leg of the 4x800 team that finished in 7:25.88 ... finished third in the 800m at the MAC Championships with a time of 1:55.02 ... clocked a season-best time of 1:52.26 in the 800m at the Jesse Owens Classic ... ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay team that placed fifth at the league championships with a time of 3:18.68 ... ran the second leg of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Penn State National, finishing in 7:39.73.
at Homestead HS: Was a four-year varsity letter winner on the track team in high school and was named Wisconsin Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year ... captured gold in the 400 meter at the Wisconsin Association USA Track and Field Indoor Championship in 2010 ... won the 800-meter run at the Division I state meet in the spring of 2010 and anchored two winning relay quartets to lead Homestead High School to the state team title.
