2014-15: Indoor: Earned top-five finishes in each of the five meets he competed in the 60 meters, including winning the Penn State National (Jan. 31) in a season-best time of 6.82…placed second at the Mid-American Conference Championship in 6.84…finished in second place at the Spire Invitational (Feb 14) and Zips Invitational (Feb 20) registering times of 6.84 and 6.85, respectively...Outdoor: NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 100 meters, placing 37th in a time of 10.67...member of school-record setting 4x100 relay at NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 30) which qualified for the NCAA Championship...placed third in the 100 meters at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 9) in 10.62, while posting a season-best time of 10.54 to finish 11th at the Longhorn Invitational (May 2)...member of 4x100 relay squad that posted first-, second- and fourth-place performances, respectively, at the Raleigh Relays (March 27), Longhorn Invitational (May 2) and MAC Championship (May 16) in 40.88, 40.13 and 40.25.
as a Sophomore (2014 Track): Indoor... advanced to the 60m final at the MAC Indoor Championships (March 1), placing seventh with a time of 6.86 ... won the event at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 8) and Zips Invitational (Feb. 21) ... ran a season-low time of 6.79 during the prelims at the Akron Invite ... was the runner-up at the Kent Dual (Jan. 17) with a mark of 6.83 ... Outdoor... did not compete.
as a Freshman (2013 Track): Indoor... qualified for the finals in the 60m and 200m at the MAC Championships (Feb. 23) ... placed fourth in the 60m with a time of 6.89 ... ran a season-best mark of 6.81 in the preliminary round ... posted a season-best time of 21.91 in the 200m at the Zips Open (Feb. 15) ... Outdoor... did not compete due to spring football season.
as a Freshman (2011 Football): Redshirted.
Prior to Akron: Was an all-district and all-state honoree ... also earned three letters and was the team captain of the football team at Olentangy HS ... was the team’s defensive MVP, as well as a first team All-OCC and second team all-district selection as a senior ... invited to play in the Ohio North-South Game ... made 40 tackles as a senior and also intercepted three passes, and recovered one fumble ... blocked a pair of kicks and scored two defensive touchdowns ... one of the top kick and punt returners on the squad.
