As a Junior (2018-19): Competed in all 31 contests in her third season with the Akron program … in 352 minutes, recorded 4.5 ppg, 1.0 rpg, and 0.5 apg … the sharpshooter shot a career-high 37.3-percent from long range (31-for-83), the second-highest three-point percentage on the team … in total, scored 141 points, grabbed 31 rebounds, dished out 14 assists, tallied five steals, and made 41 field goals … scored a career-high 25 points against Ohio which included going 5-for-6 from beyond the arc … went a perfect 10-for-10 from long range over the course of four games totaling 30 points while falling four three-pointers shy of tying the NCAA record for most consecutive three-pointers made, 14, that was set in 1996 by Deana Lansing of Portland University.
As a Sophomore (2017-18): In a career year, Clay appeared in all 30 games while making 11 starts, including her first career-start against Ball State … scored a career-high 202 points (6.7 pts/game) and connected on 71 field goals (.348) while contributing 39 rebounds, 18 assists, and nine steals … garnered a team-high .351 shooting percentage from long range going 46-for-131 from distance … set single game career marks in steals (2/twice), assists (3), rebounds (3/three-times), blocks (1), and minutes (37) … scored a career-high 22 points against Bowling Green on the strength of a career-best six made triples … tallied six double-digit scoring efforts including four in a six game span and five in eight games … made at least on three-pointer in 11 straight games and closed the season making at least one triple in 12 of the final 13 tilts … ended the season ranked 15thin the Mid-American Conference in three-point field goals made and three-point field goal percentage, and was rated T-13thin three-point field goals made during MAC play … in a 13 point effort against Duquesne, 12 of her points came from beyond the arc.
As a Freshman (2016-17): Appeared in 13 games for the Zips as a freshman...averaged 0.8 points and 0.6 rebounds per contest, while posting 0.8 points and 0.5 rebounds per tilt in conference action...made her collegiate debut registering a rebound in one minute of action in an 84-71 setback at Penn State (Nov. 16)...registered first collegiate points with a basket in an 80-59 triumph at Winthrop (Dec. 3)...scored a career-best three points in a 69-52 victory over Ohio Christian (Dec. 28) and in a 89-62 loss at Central Michigan (Jan. 4)...played a season-best eight minutes against both Winthrop (Dec. 3) and Ball State (Feb. 1).
Pike High School: A two-time honorable mention all-state selection at Pike High School…averaged 10.9 points, 2.3 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game as a senior leading her squad to a 15-5 mark…posted 11.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest as a junior en route to earning honorable mention all-state accolades…helped guide the Red Devils to back-to-back sectional championships…was tabbed to the 2015 Indiana Junior All-Star team...rated No. 22 guard by ESPN HoopGurlz.
